How we develop a digitally accessible product

Digital Accessibility is basically a simple principle: Make sure everyone can use your digital product, including people with disabilities.

From complex directive<br>to own methodology

In practice, however, it is harder to apply than you might think. In fact, there are hundreds of factors to consider when trying to make a product digitally accessible. And despite the fact that a guideline is available for this, that guideline itself is ironically not convenient to use (or digitally accessible).

That is why we have developed a methodology that allows us to make your digital product accessible in a fast and effective way.

How our method works

Digital accessibility focuses on people with disabilities. Using this fact as a handle, we identified all possible constraints, categorized them and translated them into personas. During app or website development, we use these personas to make our products digitally accessible.

The personas all have their own name and a set of questions they can ask our developers and designers.

Depending on the target audience for your digital product, we use a selection of those personas to test whether your website or app will soon be usable by them.
