What is the Floor?
Once you have decided after the intake that you would like to develop a working prototype in an innovation day, we will sit down together for a 3-4 hour in-depth session. During this session, we will delve deeper into the existing or new digital concept you want to develop.
Based on this session, you will get a better understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of your concept, how they can be improved, where you can cut costs, and what we will develop in the innovation day.
In addition, the following issues are addressed:
- Deepening the goal: During this session, we discuss what it will take to achieve the goal and how to make it happen.
- Defining Scope: We define what specific problems and challenges we will address and what will remain outside the scope of the innovation day.

We will work with you (and your team) in an intensive and creative atmosphere to create a prototype or minimal working solution based on your specific needs and goals.
Innovation Day is a unique experience that gives you the opportunity to get results quickly. You will see how your concept turns into a prototype or minimal working solution, in just two days.
At the end of the Innovation Day, we will present the prototype. You will also receive herewith an overview of the next steps to be taken to successfully complete the project.
