Zuidema Influence Hub is a mobile learning management system
This app was developed specifically for participants in the training courses of Bureau Zuidema. The insights, exercises and theory surrounding the Influence Model® will help you prepare for the training day(s), sharpen your learning objectives during the training, and secure behavioral change afterwards.
With the app, you will discover when you are effective in your communication and when you are not. And what happens when you take a different approach than you are used to. Because successful professionals tailor their behavior to the situation and the relationship with the other person. Doing something different tomorrow than today is what it's all about.
Exercises
The app has different exercises for each workout that can be done before, during and after.
360 degree feedback
To promote self-insight before the start of the training, the participant invites seven people in advance to complete a questionnaire about his or her influence style.
Gamification & E-learning
With small quizzes, tests and fun e-learning, participants are challenged to develop themselves.
Notes
During the workouts, you can easily take notes in the app. Your notes can be emailed to yourself so you can read everything back at home.
