What is the Floor?
If after the intake you have decided that you would like to develop a working prototype in an innovation day, we will sit down together for a 3-4 hour in-depth session. During this session we will go deeper into the existing or new digital concept you want to develop.
Based on this session, you will get a better understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of your concept, how they can be improved, where you can cut costs, and what we will develop in the innovation day.
In addition, the following issues are addressed:
- Deepening the goal: During this session, we discuss what is needed to achieve the goal and how to make it happen.
- Defining Scope: We determine what specific problems and challenges we will address and what will remain outside the scope of the innovation day.
